to our current collection of Burra Bears, handmade and felted
using real Shetland knitwear and Spirit of Shetland designs.
All bears are about 9 inches high (approximately 22 cm). Each bear
comes with his own name and personality, making it as unique
and individual as we are. These bears are not toys, but
are fast becoming a "must have" family heirloom,
wedding gift, christening gift and precious keepsake for all
those who
appreciate the special beauty of hand made heritage crafts.

name (they are all, so far, boys).
In the Shetland tradition each has a first name and a place name. So
the Trondra Bear on the left is not just any old felt bear, but is in
thiscase
